The aim of the panel discussion was to explore the gender balance in India's current skilling landscape and identify policy measures to enhance women's engagement in the labor market. Panelists discussed existing gender gaps, strategies to bridge these gaps, and policies to broaden women's occupational choices and work opportunities through re-engineered skilling programs.
